Refund Policy

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition and with labels and tags attached. The product must not contain any damage. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if it is suspected that the items are damaged through no fault of our own or are not returned in their original condition.

A return shipment should be provided with track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and its costs.

In what cases can you return / get a refund?

*If an order cannot be delivered within 60 working days your ordered product(s) can be reshipped or your money can be refunded.

*If your order arrives damaged, contains a wrong product variant, or a wrong quantity, then this particular product can be reshipped free of charge or the purchase price of this product can be refunded.

*Within 14 days after receipt you always have the right to return without giving any reason if you still want to abandon your order. After the product is received at the return address, your money will be refunded.

2. Fill out the form completely. (If this form is not filled out completely, we cannot process the return request).

3. Send the fully completed form with the relevant items to the address listed on the return form.
