Ordering and delivery

When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Most orders are processed and packaged within 7-14 business days of submission (not including weekends and holidays). Orders placed on a weekday after 9:00 am will usually ship the next business day. Orders placed on a Friday or weekend after 9:00 am will ship on Monday morning. Please make sure your mailing address is correct and complete.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order!
A: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order on the Follow Your Order page.

Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?
A: Shipping is free


Refunds and returns

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
A: Yes. You can return any order to us within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.

I want to return the item, what should I do?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with labels and tags attached. The product must not show any signs of use. The return shipment must always contain the Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the delivery. More information can be found in the Refund and Return section. If we receive products back, we will ensure that the purchase amount is on your account within 30 days.
